How do I know if I qualify for free collection/delivery?

If you are not sure, you can check with Google maps or simply give us a ring on 0845 2000 420.

What times do you collect and deliver?

We collect and deliver on Monday and Friday evenings between 18:00 am and 20:00.

What happens if I have more than 2000 photos to scan?

We would normally be able to handle up to 2000 photos and still collect and deliver at our usual times. If your order is more than this please call for additional discounts and to agree a processing schedule.

Can I have my photos scanned without any additional processing?

Yes. Please tell us during the order process and we will omit any additional processing.

Are the scans designed for high quality archival purposes?

Unfortunately no. While the quality of our output is more than adequate for normal display and printing purposes, including display on modern TV screens up to around 42 inch in size and most photoframes, it is not designed for high quality archival purposes.

How do you send the digital images?

We will supply them on either CD or DVD, depending upon the number of images.
